Calcium lignosulfonate (CALS) of Sundeer is a processed anionic surface agent with performance satisfactorily, it takes the by-produet of second sulphate papermaking as raw material. It has been used widely at construction, ceramics and metallurgy etc. The CALS has advantages of a little volume to admixture, cheap price, used easily and improving the performance of concrete etc.

Notice: The CALS is divided into two type. I type and II type, above is I type, II type keep PH between 4-6. Reduced material is more than 12%. II type can be used as cohering agent at ceramics and metallurgy, as expel oil agent at the third oil extraction.

2. Performance
As water-reducing, CALS can reduce water more than 10%, improve the strength of concrete above 10%, little collapse losses, improve the performance of concrete and non-corrosiveness to steel bar.

II .Use Direction and Notice

• The volume of admixture proposed is 0.20-0.30%(total cement). Decide the volume after test according different strains and requirement of engineer.
• CALS is fit to cast-in-place and commercial produet of concrete, as well as prestressed, pumping antipermcation, anti-frozing, big volume concrete, big mould plate and synovimuming engineer.
• CALS can be used single, combined with other admixture too, it can be made into many kinds of performance satisfactorily admixture.
• CALS is better made into solution, also direct using but extend time to benefit for mixture.
• Be used at petroleum, metallurgy and ceramics, CALS must decide the volume of admixture after test.

III.Packing storage

• CALS is 25kg net weight with PE film bag inside and braid bag outside.
• Keep it where draft and dry from wet and rain. If curdled it must be made into solution to use. In the common condition it is effective for three years since it is produeed.
• CALS is not burning or explosible, non-corrosiveness.
